Bidding Starts: Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 12:01 am ET
Bidding Ends: Thursday, January 24, 2019 Starting at 7:00:00 pm ET
Each individual items shows the exact closing time so refer to that when bidding.
Pickup Date/Time: Sunday, January 27, 2019 11am to 2pm
Winners will be sent a pickup time (via email) at the close of the auction
Pickup Location: Will be announced at the end of the auction and sent with the invoice to all winners
This is a private home so please be considerate to the surrounding neighbors
• Please make sure you stick to the pickup time assigned, the doors will be closing at 2:00 pm.
• Be sure to inspect your items before signing the pickup invoice and departing.
• A signed invoice and departure means you have all of the items you won and that you are satisfied.
• All sales are considered FINAL once they are removed from the premises.
• Any discrepancies with the items must be discussed with and EstateSaleBid associate before leaving the premises.

- You Must be 18 Years or older in order to participate in our auctions.
- You must be registered in order to bid in our auctions. New bidders can fill our the registration form on our website under "Register"
- By placing a bid, you are entering a legal contract and are responsible for all amounts due to Estate Sale Bid if you are the winning bidder, including a 10% buyer’s premium and any applicable sales tax. Placing a bid also means that you are in agreement with all of our Terms and Conditions. Once a bid is placed, you cannot retract it or remove it. If you feel you can't pay for the item(s), then please do not bid in the auction.
- There is a 10% buyer's Premium in effect for this auction
- Bidding can only be done online through our auction software
- All items in the auction start off with an initial starting bid price.
- At the close of the auction, all winning bidders will receive an invoice by email.
- Full Payment is due within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payments can be made through the Paypal Payment portal on our website. Please keep your credit limit in mind when bidding and be sure not to bid over what you can charge.
- Bids, once placed, cannot be changed or removed.
- Winners are responsible for lifting and removing all of their items from the premises so if you won large items, make sure you bring the appropriate help to remove them. Also, no packing material is supplied including bag and/or boxes so make sure you bring something to carry your items out with.
- This is a Pickup only sale - shipping is not available
- All sales are considered final. We try to point out the imperfections on each item. That being said sometimes, something is overlooked. We are will to work with you when a discrepancy does arise but it must be brought to our attention (EstateSaleBid associate) prior to leaving.
