Bidding Ends: Sunday, September 16, 2018 Between 7:00:00 pm and 7:57:00 PM ET
Each individual items shows the exact closing time so refer to that when bidding.

Pickup Date/Time:  Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 4 PM to 7 PM
Winners will be sent a pickup time (via email) at the close of the auction
Pickup Location: Maple Street, Blue Point, NY 11715
This is a private home so please be considerate to the surrounding neighbors

• If you can't pick up winning items on Wednesday Sept. 19 arrangements can be made for Saturday Sept 22 AM Hours. You must call ahead of Wednesday to request this date.
• This is a CASH ONLY sale.
• Be sure to inspect your items before signing the pickup invoice and departing.
• A signed invoice and departure means you have all of the items you won and that you are satisfied.
• All sales are considered FINAL once they are removed from the premises.
• Any discrepancies with the items must be discussed with and EstateSaleBid associate before leaving the premises.

1. There is a 10% buyer's Premium in effect for this auction
2. Bidding can only be done online through our software
4. Payment are CASH ONLY!
4. Bids, once placed, cannot be changed or removed.
5. Winners are responsible for lifting and removing all of their items from the premises so if you won large items, make sure you bring the appropriate help to remove them. Also, no packing material is supplied including bag and/or boxes so make sure you bring something to carry your items out with.
6. This is a Pickup only sale - shipping is not available
7. All sales are considered final. We try to point out the imperfections on each item. That being said sometimes, something is overlooked. We are will to work with you when a discrepancy does arise but it must be brought to our attention (EstateSaleBid associate) prior to leaving.
